Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. . When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling All items will be sent by 1st or 2nd class post unless otherwise selected. Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Glitz 'n' Gifts will not accept responsibility for delivery of orders which do not arrive on time, due to circumstances beyond our control. We will of course, make every effort to dispatch the items within the required timescale and contact you if we think your order may be delayed. As long as the item is trackable, has been despatched on the date specified and was scheduled for delivery as requested by the customer, Glitz 'n' Gifts are under no obligation to send a duplicate item or refund any postage costs.
Your statutory rights are not affected in this case and the customer will still be under obligation to accept the goods when they arrive and use the returns procedure detailed to request a refund if you no longer require the item. Glitz 'n' Gifts will not be held responsible for purchases which arrive too late for a scheduled dress fitting, event or wedding day. We recommend that all customers allow adequate time for their order to be delivered. However, we will do everything possible to help you to get your item on time.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. All postal costs are payable by the customer in cases where the return or exchange of goods is due to customer error. Please note that for hygeine reasons we cannot exchange certain items eg: Earrings,Hair accessories and Tiaras unless faulty. (We thoroughly check all items before despatch and package them as safely as possible to avoid damege in transit) We cannot be responsible for stones falling out of items of jewellery or where there has been damage caused by careless use or accidental damage caused by scuffing,dropping forcing of settings or otherwise.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 7 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in New condition as it was sent out to you (We thoroughly inspect all items before we send out and package very well to ensure no damage occurs in transit to you)
